As a Company, the more you train your trainees at The Training Lab, the more you get rewards. The maths are straight forward :

Earnings : Rs. 1 spent for an employee = 1 point.

Redeem : 100 points = 1 Rs discount on any training provided by The Training Lab.

As simple as that. No Gotcha or anything weird.
