Our unique refund guarantee ensures a total reimbursement of 75% on our courses, complementing the already exceptional HRDC (Human Resource Development Council) mechanism. Small businesses are often at a disadvantage due to lower contributions – we bridge that gap to ensure complete fairness.
How does it work?
If the HRDC reimburses, for example, 50% of your training fees, The Training Lab covers the remaining 25% to meet the 75% guarantee. All we require is an official proof of reimbursement from the HRDC to complete the process. This simple and transparent mechanism removes financial barriers and enables all economic players – from SMEs to individual entrepreneurs – to benefit from the same opportunities as large enterprises.
